Tom Smiley
Owner / Master Plumber
Tom Smiley is the Owner/Master Plumber at 5280 Plumbing Inc. Tom started 5280 Plumbing Inc in 2014 after working 8 years for a large commercial contractor out of Denver.
Tom started the company 5 years ago out of his garage and has more than quadrupled in just over four years. Tom was born and raised in the Denver metro area and takes pride in serving his community.
Jack O'Leary
Lead Estimator / Master Plumber
Jack O’Leary is the Lead Estimator/Master Plumber at 5280 Plumbing Inc. Jack has over 40 years’ experience in the field of plumbing which includes being a licensed Master Plumber in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Nevada. Jack takes extreme pride in giving back to the plumbing trade by mentoring young plumbers. In his free time, Jack enjoys volunteering at Kairos Ministry which brings the love of Jesus to prisoners and their families, working on old cars, road trips, and country western/ballroom dancing.
Geno Rivera
Field Superintendent / Master Plumber
Geno Rivera is the Field Superintendent/Master Plumber at 5280 Plumbing Inc. Geno has over 12 years of experience as a plumber. Geno was born and raised in the Denver metro area and takes extreme pride in serving at New Hope Ministries in Commerce City. Geno enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, bible studies, and ministry activities. Geno also makes gym time a priority to strengthen his body and prayer time to strengthen his spirit.

Administrative Assistant
Cassie Eye is the Administrative Assistant at 5280 Plumbing Inc. Cassie joined 5280 Plumbing in 2019 after working over 18 years in corporate. Cassie moved to Colorado her freshman year of high school and has enjoyed the country life and city life that Colorado has to offer. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with watching her children participate in multiple activities. God Bless!
